+ Job title: Corporate sales manager

+ Department: Corporate division

+ Reports to: Managing Director

+ Job objective: To expand Division and generate increased revenue and profits through this division

+ Responsibilities and Accountability's:

1. Organize, supervise and motivate and lead sales team.

2. Responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within the team reaches their targets.

3. Set targets, identify potential customers and opportunities.

4. Recruiting and training sales staff if necessary.

5. Setting budgets / targets for division.

6. Liaising with other managers.

7. Reporting back to MD.

8. Getting new customer and meeting with existing customers.

9. Expanding corporate division.

+ Job Specifications (necessary skills and experience required)

1. Minimum required at least 3 years in the field of corporate IT sales.

2. Managing a sales team for more than 1 year is a plus as long as it is in the field of IT selling.
